It doesn't even seem gluten free! The waffle is so soft with cheddar cheese on top. The chicken is so crispy. It comes with bacon on the waffle which is delicious and hot honey, I prefer on the side. Delicious! 10/10

Trendy Vegan
This is by far my favorite hearty vegan breakfast sandwich! It's comfort food at its finest. I get it on the locally made fresh Gluten Free English muffin. It's piled high with avocados, plant based egg, sausage, cheese, and tomatoes, smeared with a generous dollop of yummy creamy sriracha sauce. It just oozes with satisfaction and deliciousness. Oh boy I may have to order one again today!
Simple Avocado Toast
The Avocado Toast at Pop Over is my favorite in all of Mystic! They make it perfect every time. It's become a weekly staple in my routine! The staff is always so friendly and the restaurant is very clean.
Popover w/Honey Butter
This is my favorite to take home and eat later! They are so good and when you heat it up with honey butter, it's the best!

(tmmf) Turkey Avocado BLT
We ordered a turkey avocado blt and a Caesar wrap to pick up at the Talcott mountain music series Friday night. We loved both sandwiches and I have to say it was probably the best chicken Caesar wrap I've ever had. Perfect light dressing and seasoning. Also loved the very fresh tossed salad that came with a very nice dressing on the side. We will definitely order from Pop Over sometime soon!
Stuffed Popover Breakfast Platter
I ordered the breakfast popover stuffed with eggs, and homemade corned beef hash. Unfortunately, the actual popover was missing from my order. I had ordered it on the side, and it didn't make it into my to-go order bag. Fortunately, the home-made hash more than made up for it! It was still one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time!
